Foraging, Wild medicine & Nature Resonance Courses, Workshops, and Walks.

I offer in-person courses on the principles and practice of foraging, wild medicine, folklore, and nature resonance medicine.

The principles of equality and nature connectedness are of vital importance to everything I teach. We must enter and remain in a space of respect, gratitude, and connection before engaging in this work.

In foraging with care and attention we are fostering and remembering our sacred relationship with the land.

Nature Connection & Foraging for older children and teens

I’m being called to offer nature connection and foraging workshops and walks for older children and teenagers.
Experiencing being held by nature can help young people to feel safe and heard and connect with their deeper nature in a safe space.
This can be a deeply transformative and healing experience at a challenging time for many.
If you have a group or would like to get one together please get in touch. I’m very much open to working with Home Ed groups and groups of younger children as long as parents are happy to stay for the duration.

rewilding the self - foundations of nature connection
