The wild folk apothecary is a coming together of all things folk to create harmonious, foraged, handmade, wildcrafted, seasonal, magical offerings.
Everything is created in small seasonal batches from our home in rural Suffolk, infused with folk songs and stories from the land and created within sacred space.

My purpose here on this Earth is connecting embodiment, sovereignty, vibrant health and radical responsibility. To use the multiple modalities and learnings I have gathered throughout my life to gently guide others to a place where they can hear the wisdom held within their bodies and understand the whisperings of nature. To help people connect to their intuition and feel the resonant hum of sovereignty guiding them to a place of deep knowing and transformation back to their natural selves.
In the deep interconnectedness and wisdom of nature (of which we are an integral part), you will find presence and peace in the awareness that we are all made of the same stuff, and we all return to the same place.
All of my work is about introducing you to the practices of stepping into your power as a sovereign being of nature.
