£8 for a single class or £40 for a block of six classes.
Class Description – Starting with relaxation and breathing exercises to calm the mind and focus the attention. Moving into gentle stretches focusing on body awareness and breath. We will then move into a gentle dynamic practice, followed by some rejuvenating restorative poses, and finish with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation and final relaxation. Expect to leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
